ACHIEVEMENTS
Business transformation
Developed and aligned the technology strategy with the business needs to scale and grow market share in MTN Operations in Cote d`Ivoire, Congo, and South Sudan. By teaming up with my Marketing colleagues, this approach allowed MTN Congo to quadruple its network coverage and increase its market share from 22% to 53% in two years. Established MTN as the most innovative and the best network by introducing Ericsson newest technologies and sharing this experience to Ericsson user Group conference in Athens in 2010.
Executive Leadership
Successfully launched a FINTECH platform for transport companies and merchants for a USA based company in Africa and reached $24 million transactions value in 2 years. Led the FINTECH company strategy design from inception and planned the execution phases to launch and growth paths.
Successfully led business development efforts to create the platform adoption in Burkina Faso; 75% of the bus passengers` traffic was carried through the platform in two years time.
Successfully established excellent relationships with other mobile money operators and with Regulators in all my assignment countries. Managed budgets of $100 million and managed resources directly of 60 to 150 and indirectly 300+.
